Explain the submission and vetting process?

Submitting your initial information is the first step in our vetting process. We strive to expedite this process, ensuring a timely review. Our team carefully evaluates each application to maintain the high standard of our directory. Upon submission, you'll receive further instructions and timelines for the review process.

What types of businesses are eligible FOR LISTING?

We welcome applications from businesses with formal business structures such as EINs, LLCs, corporations, etc. At this time, we are not accepting sole entrepreneurs or independent contractors. This ensures our directory remains a resource and hub for established businesses.

What are the subscription costs and benefits?

Starting 2024, we will offer a base subscription at $99 per month. For businesses seeking enhanced visibility, our premium package offers additional exposure options; please contact us for details. Our Featured Company subscription includes a PR push, a special badge, a one-time feature in our newsletter, and discounts at shop.uppercentile.com. Featured Companies also receive exclusive access to beta features and functionality when available.

What is your refund policy?

Our refund policy is designed to be customer-friendly. For our base and premium subscriptions, we offer prorated refunds if you decide to cancel before your monthly renewal date. However, for our Featured Company subscription, we cannot provide refunds after your company has been featured due to the extensive resources involved in the promotion. We're committed to working closely with you to ensure your satisfaction and success with our services.
